RETURN
An item must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Refund will be issued after the original item returns.
15% restocking fee will be applied for all returns.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition with original packaging.
To process your return, we will need proof of purchase from our store. Please, send us a copy of your order confirmation email for a return request. If you send your item to us without our approval, we can not process your return.
PLEASE, DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.
We cannot process returns and refund due to customer's error.
PLEASE, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER AND YOUR NAMES WHEN YOU MAKE AN ORDER.

EXCHANGE
An item must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date for exchange.

If you receive a defective or damaged items, we may exchange it for the same item at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

REFUND
Once we receive your returned or exchanged items, we will send you an notification email that we have received your returned item and then your refund or exchange will be processed.
We will send you a confirmation email that we have received your returned items and then we will issue your refund.
We will send you a confirmation email within 1-2 business days once the replacement item has been shipped to your original address on the order.

리턴의 경우 리펀,
교환의 경우 주문하셨던 주소로 교환 제품 발송 진행됩니다.
